PITCH-LETTER WRITING: If your pitch letter isn’t compelling, your manuscript won’t even make it to the door. Pitching your project to prospective literary agents or publishers is half science, half art. I am happy to read your manuscript and boil it down to the perfect pitch. I have performed this service many times for some of New York’s top literary agencies. My fee for this service is 100 USD.
INSTANT FEEDBACK/MANUSCRIPT CRITIQUE: I worked at the frontline in New York book publishing, and have had the task of evaluating countless manuscripts under consideration. I can tell you if your project is compelling from a commercial point of view. For a minimal fee, I will read your work and give you my initial impression of its viability from the point of view of a publishing gate-keeper, as well as highlight Big Picture structural problems and areas that need strengthening. My fee for this service is 75 USD.
GHOSTWRITING: Not likely, but not impossible. Fee by query only.
Please note: Proofreading is not my specialty. My skills are competent, but it is a rare person who takes true pleasure in the knotty issues of exact grammar precision. If you can find one, hire them. I can undertake proofreading for you, but I would advise you to first seek out a professional in that field.
